在连盐高速公路建设之初提出了"质量控制标准化、进度控制科学化、投资控制制度化、现场管理信息化、档案管理规范化、周边环境景观化"六化标准理念,并全面推进各项工作的开展,最终实现了打造连盐品牌高速的建设目标。通过对"六化标准"进行较为明晰的阐述,对不断提升高速公路建设管理水平具有重要的作用。

The concept of ＂Six Standards＂ is given at the beginning of project construction, which includes standardization of quality control, scientific control of progress, institutionalizing investment control, informationization of on-site management, standardization of files management and beautification of surrounding environment. It promotes the all-round work of the project, and realized the building goals of Lianyungang-Yancheng expressway. Six standards are explained clearly. It is important to heighten the level of expressway construction and management.
