摘要
本文介绍了重钢炼钢厂为了提高钢水洁净度，减缓因A12O3夹杂堵塞水口造成事故，借助冶金熔渣有关知识，结合重钢连铸生产实际开展中间包高碱度保护渣研究，解决中间包高碱度保护渣在连铸生产应用中遇到的一些难题，使得生产顺行，同时取得了较好的冶金效果。
In order to improve the steel cleaness and reduce the accidents of nozzle clogging resulting from A1203 inclusion, Chongqing steel solves the difficulties in the continuous casting by virtue of metallurgical knowledge and the reseach of the compound high basic slag for the tundish in continuous casting,.As a result, the operation runs smoothly and we achieve a preferable metallurgical effect.
