该文结合山区农业综合开发的实例，阐述了农业综合开发中资源环境条件的分析评价、规划方案的制定与实施，以及综合社会经济效益的评估。
Based on a certain comprehensive development example in mountain areaes,the analysis and evaluation of resources and environment conditions, the design and implement of the planning program, the comprehensive benefit evaluation on society and economy in the course of agricultural comprehensive development are expounded.
