浅谈高职“前厅服务与管理”课程教学设计

Study on the Instructional Design of "Service and Management for Front Office" in Senior Vocational School

课程教学改革是目前高职教育改革的关键性问题之一。文章以教高[2006]16号文件思想为指导,以"前厅服务与管理"教学为例,试从教学目标基础化、教学内容任务化、教学形式立体化、教学评估创新化和教学反馈及时化五个方面探讨高等职业教育的教学设计。

Curriculum revolution is one of the key issues of senior vocational education revolution. Base on the guidelines of No.[2006]16 enacted by Department of Higher Education and taking the ＂Service and Management for Front Office＂ course for example, the paper discussed the instructional design of senior vocational education from five aspects of based instructional goal, tasked instructional content, diversed instructional method, innovated instructional evaluation and instructional feedback.
