Influences of Flax Fiber Accompaniments on Fabric Dyeing Quality

进行不同脱胶程度的亚麻织物活性染料染色试验,测定了皂洗牢度及皂洗后布样的染色深度K/S值,并对亚麻纤维伴生物对染色牢度的影响进行了分析,认为亚麻织物染色皂洗牢度较低主要与亚麻纤维伴生物含量有关.提高亚麻织物染色牢度的一个重要途径就是降低亚麻纤维伴生物的含量或减少沾色的亚麻纤维伴生物的脱落.

Conducted experiments on flax fabric of different degumming degrees with reactive dyes,tested the fabric＇ s soaping fastness and its dyeing depth K/S value after soaping, and analyzed the influences of flax fiber accompaniments upon dyeing fastness. The study indicated that the comparatively low dyeing soaping fastness of flax fabric is mainly related to flax fiber accompaniment content. Therefore, one of the important methods to improve the dyeing fastness of flax fabric is to decrease the flax fiber accompaniment content or to decrease the drop of dyed accompaniments.
