竹浆纤维含量对竹/棉混纺交织物弯曲性能影响 被引量:2

摘要 为更好地了解竹/棉交织面料的性能特点,设计织造了15种不同规格的竹/棉混纺交织面料并对其悬垂性、刚柔性、折皱性进行了测试比较.结果表明,竹/棉混纺交织物与纯棉织物比较,其悬垂性、刚柔性和抗皱性得到显著改善.随着纬纱中竹浆纤维含量的增加,凸条数明显增多,悬垂感和形态效果得到有效改善.竹/棉混纺交织既可改善织物的刚柔性,又能提高织物的抗皱性.但考虑到服用织物的形态对称性,应避免选用55竹/45棉混纺纱与棉纱交织.当织物组织、原料及经密相同时,随着织物中纬密的增大,混纺交织物的悬垂性和刚柔性变差,织物的急、缓弹性回复性能呈下降趋势. To better understand the properties of bamboo pulp/cotton interwoven fabric, the authors designed and wove 15 kinds of bamboo pulp/cotton interwoven fabric with different specifications,and then tested and compared them with regard to their draping ,softness and creasing. The results indicated that ,compared with cotton fabric ,the interwoven fabric shows remarkable improvement with regard to the draping,softness and creasing. With the growing content of bamboo pulp fiber in the weft, the number of raised lines increases obviously, and the draping and shape effect have been improved effectively. Therefore ,to interweave bamboo pulp/cotton fiber and cotton fiber may improve boththe softness and crease-resistance of the fabric. But considering the shape symmetry of fabric for clothing,55 bamboo pulp/45 cotton blending yarn interwoven with cotton should be avoided,because when the texture ,raw material and warp have the same density,the draping and softness of interwoven fabric may perform worse, and the elastic recovery tends to decrease.
