知识管理对于软件企业具有重要的意义,但实施知识管理容易出现成本高、见效慢等问题.基于协同工作的知识管理方法是一种相对轻量级的知识管理方法,有助于降低软件企业进行知识管理的运作成本、风险,缩短回报周期.论述了利用计算机和网络,为企业提供一种基于Internet/Intranet的协同工作平台,并在这种平台的基础上提供了一种与软件项目开发密切相关的基于协同工作的知识管理方法.

Knowledge management has vital significance for the software enterprises, but its implementation may encounter problems such as high cost, being slow to come into effect and so on. The method of knowledge management based on co-work is relatively lightweight ,which will help reduce the operation cost and risk of the software enterprise when carrying on the management and shorten the cycle of getting profit. This paper introduces a co-work platform based on Internet/intranet for the software enterprise using the computer and network,and gives a method of knowledge management based on co-work closely related to the software project development.
