基于虚实一体化理念培养高职生职业技能素质

To Cultivate Professional Skill Quality of Higher Vocational College Students Based on the Concept of Virtual-Actual Integration

在分析当前高职学生职业技能素质教育现状的基础上,研究了职业技能素质的培养模式,从操作技能素质、创新技能素质、心智技能素质、岗位拓展技能素质、职业规划技能素质等方面探索了在虚实一体化理念下所形成的教育观念、培养目标与培养方式,对丰富高职教育理论,提高素质教育水平和创新高职人才培养途径具有重要的意义。

The mode of professional skill quality cultivation was discussed on the basis of an analysis of the current situation of professional skill quality education in higher vocational colleges. From the angle of skill qualities such as operation,innovation,mental,post development and occupation plan skill qualities etc,the paper explored the educational concepts, cultivation objectives and methods on the basis of virtual-actual integration concept. The study enriched the higher vocational education theories, and had vital significance to enhance the quality education and innovate the talent training way in higher vocational colleges.
