摘要
目的研究肋间神经转位脊髓桥接恢复大鼠脊髓损伤的功能。方法50只大鼠分成3组,桥接组(脊髓半切加肋间神经转位桥接脊髓)、单纯脊髓半切组和正常组。于术后第4周和第8周进行BBB运动功能评分,体感诱发电位(SEP)和运动诱发电位(MEP)检测,然后分别部分处死动物,行组织学及免疫组织化学检查,检测轴突再生和瘢痕的情况。结果术后4周和8周的BBB评分结果显示,桥接组的得分明显高于单纯半切组的得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);诱发电位检测术后4周和8周SEP检测结果桥接组和单纯半切组比较差异无统计学意义,而MEP检测结果2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后8周组织学检查结果显示桥接组有部分轴突长入脊髓和瘢痕增生。结论肋间神经转位脊髓桥接能促进脊髓损伤大鼠功能的部分恢复。
Objective To study recovery of adult rat spinal cord hemisection by bridging lntercostal nerve to spinal cord.Methods Fifty healthy adult female rats were randomly divided into bridged group(n=30),hemisected group(n=15) and normal group(n=5).The functional recovery was assessed by the Basso,Beattie and Bresnahan Locomotor Rating Scale(BBB),the sensory evoked potentials(SEP) and motor evoked potentials(MEP).We also observed the regeneration of axons by using histological and immunohistochemical assays.Results The BBB scores recorded at the 4th and 8th week after spinal cord injury were obviously higher in bridged group than those in hemisected group.The peak latencies of early waves in SEP showed no significant difference between bridged group and hemisected group.There was significant difference in MEP at the 8th week postoperatively between bridged group and hemisected group(P〈0.05).At the 8th week postoperatively,histological examination showed there were many NF200 spots and scars in the bridged group.Conclusion Intercostals nerve transfer can promote the partial recovery of injured spinal cords in adult rats.
