摘要
目的通过对湖北产耳叶牛皮消的品质评价,初步建立该药材的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法定量分析白首乌二苯酮(耳叶牛皮消的特征化学成分之一)。结果白首乌二苯酮含量不低于0.58%。结论实验结果为建立湖北产耳叶牛皮消药材的质量标准提供了依据。
Objective To establish the quality standards of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight in Hubei province.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Baishouwu benzophenone which was the mark constituent in Cynanchum auriculatum.Results The minimum content of Baishouwu benzophenone was 0.58%.Conclusion The results can be used for the quality control of root tuber of Cynanchum auriculatum.
