Livin基因沉默诱导大肠癌HT-29细胞凋亡及抑制增殖的实验观察

摘要
探讨Livin siRNA对诱导HT-29细胞凋亡和抑制增殖的作用。将化学合成的Livin siRNA转染HT-29细胞株，RT—PCR测定转染前后Livin mRNA的表达水平，流式细胞仪检测转染前后细胞凋亡率的变化，MTT法观察Livin siRNA转染HT-29细胞抑制细胞增殖的生物学行为。
