摘要
目的:建立电位滴定方法测定感冒安颗粒中总有机酸含量。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,对感冒安颗粒进行加热回流提取2 h。采用TLC法和MS法对提取液中的没食子酸进行鉴别。用电位滴定法测定感冒安颗粒中总有机酸的含量。结果:感冒安颗粒的乙醇提取液中含有没食子酸。以没食子酸计,感冒安中总有机酸测定的加样回收率为(98.96±3.31)%,RSD为3.34%(n=9)。3个批号感冒安颗粒总有机酸的含量分别为(3.72±0.08)(、6.82±0.40)和(5.22±0.22)mg/g。结论:本研究所建立的电位滴定方法适合于感冒安颗粒中总有机酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a potential titration method for the determination of total organic acid in Ganmao'an granules.Methods: Ganmao'an granules were extracted with absolute ethanol by heat reflux for 2 h.The gallic acid in the ethanol extract was identified by TLC and MS methods.The total organic acid in Ganmao'an granules was determined by the potential titration method.Results: The gallic acid was found in ethanol extract of Ganmao'an granules.The average recovery of gallic acid was(98.96±3.31)%,and the RSD was 3.34%(n=9).The total organic acids in Ganmao'an granules of three batches were(3.72±0.08),(6.82±0.40) and(5.22±0.22) mg/g,respectively.Conclusion: The potential titration method is suitable for the determination of the total organic acid in Ganmao'an granules.
