摘要
从系统哲学的高度来看,高职院校的教学改革是一项系统工程.论述了教学改革的系统性和整体性,分析了系统的适应性自稳自组以及分化等特性,指出要坚持开放式教学改革,应对学校的基本设施和管理模式进行改造、重组与分化,各部门应相互配合,协调一致,整体推进.
From the point of view of systemic philosophy, the teaching innovation of higher vocational colleges is a systems engineering. This paper discusses the systematicness and integrality of teaching innovation, analyses the characteristics of adaptive self-stabilization, adaptive selforganization and differentiation of the system, and suggests that higher vocational colleges perse-vere in open teaching innovation and carry out transformation, reorganization and differentiation on their fundamental facilities and management models, and all the departments coordinate har-moniously with each other and push forward in unison.
