面对新形势、新情况和新问题,研究生党建工作必须要创新思路和模式。中共成都理工大学文法学院研究生支部以思想建设为核心,坚定党员的理想信念;以组织建设为龙头,提高党支部战斗力和党员培养质量;以制度建设为保障,健全党员永保先进性长效机制;以组织文化建设为平台,增强基层党组织的凝聚力和向心力;以社会实践为载体,强化党员社会责任感和历史使命感。对新形势下的研究生党建工作进行了积极探索。
