基于ZigBee的无线压力试验机测控系统

摘要 在研究Zigbee协议标准的基础上,对无线测控系统进行了分析,提出了基于Zigbee技术与总线技术结合的无线远程测量控制系统架构。设计了单元测控系统的软硬件,实现了信号的获取与无线传输。系统可完成对现场设备的实时数据采集、远程无线数据传输与监控等功能,同时为解决分散点测控与移动点测控布线困难开辟了可行的途径。 This paper discussed the standard Zigbee protocol, analyzed the framework of measurement and control system and proposed the framework of remote wireless measurement and control system. The author designed the hardware and software of the measurement and control mode to implement the signal acquisition and wireless transmission. The system can achieve real-time on-site equipment, data acquisition, long-range wireless data transmission and control functions, at the same time solve the cabling issue for the distributed or mobile measurement and control node.
