湖南省高校竞技健美操队运行机制的研究

A Research on Operating Mechanism in Sports Aerobics in Hu’nan Universities

运用文献资料、访谈法等研究方法,较全面地分析了湖南省高校竞技健美操队运行机制的现状与存在的问题。提出了建立健全管理体制以及资金投入机制,保证资金需求,完善激励机制、竞赛体制和训练机制,加强广泛合作,营造高校竞技健美操发展的环境等相应对策,以适应湖南省高校竞技健美操快速、健康发展的需要。

By using literature,interviews and other research methods,the author made a more comprehensive analysis of the present situation and existing problems in Sports Aerobics operating mechanism in Hu＇ nan university and proposed the establishment of a sound management system and funding mechanism to ensure that demand for funds and perfecting the encouraging mechanism, the sports system and training mechanisms to strengthen the cooperation and create a developing environment to meet the demand of the rapid and healthy development of the Sports Aerobics in Hu＇nan university.
