摘要
广东交通职业技术学院汽车学院与广东利泰集团合作办学,实施"2+1"与"订单"结合的培养人才培养模式,文中提出具体"1"阶段过程控制方案,以解决"2+1"培养模式过程控制中存在的关键问题,经过实践检验,具有较强的可操作性。
The automobile department of Guangdong Communications Polytechnic cooperates with Lited Group for the students cultivation. We put the students cultivation model of ＂2＋1＂ integrated with ＂order＂ in force . We raise a scheme for ＂1＂ phase procedure control to solves some key problem found on ＂2＋1＂ cultivation model. After practicing, the scheme is proved effective.
