摘要
利用SRAP分子标记技术对中国芝麻核心收集品的育成品种(系)进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明,14对引物组合在18份芝麻育成品种(系)间共扩增出稳定清晰的条带193条,其中多态性带124条,占64.2%。通过聚类分析和主坐标分析,表明育成品种(系)的遗传基础存在一定的多样性,但遗传相似系数较大(0.5342-0.9688),遗传距离较近。该研究结果表明,在芝麻育种的亲本选配中应积极引入地方种质、国外种质等,以拓宽遗传基础。
Genetic diversity of released cultivar group from the Chinese sesame core collection was analyzed by SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphism) markers in this study. 14 SRAP primer combinations were employed to evaluate the genetic diversity of 18 sesame released cuhivars, a total of 193 amplified fragments were detected and 124 of them were polymorphic, the polymorphism percentage was 64.2%. The results of cluster analysis and principal coordinate analysis showed that there was a certain genetic basis of diversity in sesame released cultivar, but the genetic similarity (0. 5342 -0. 9688) was greater, the genetic distance was closer, the genetic basis was more narrow in this group. The results showed the genetic base should be broadened by utilizing foreign germplasm and local germplasm as parents during sesame breeding in future.
