摘要
综述了烟草中烟碱的存在形态、含量、测定方法及其原理,比较各种检测方法的优缺点,得出气相色谱法是一种简便、快速、准确测定烟碱的方法,建议推广使用。
The forms, content and analytical technology of nicotine in tobacco were reviewed comprehensively in this paper, the advantage and disadvantage analytical technology of nicotine were compared. As a simple, fast and accurate quantity analysis method of nicotine, gas chromatography method should be applied in tobacco industry extensively.
