Probe into Vocational Training of Skilled People in Comic and Animation Production

我校通过不断深化五年制高职教育课程体系、结构、内容改革,完善了课程管理与评估制度,为创新人才培养模式,提高教育教学质量,努力培养造就一批面向生产、建设、服务和管理一线的高技能人才奠定了基础。总结产学研改革的经验,我们在人才培养方案,教材,教学形式,行业认证和上岗职业资格培训等方面合理规划,在不断探索中逐渐形成五年制高职动漫与制作专业的人才培养方案。

Through ceaseless effort in the deepening of the reform of the curriculum regime, structure, subjects and teaching materials for the five -year vocational colleges, our college has improved the systems for curriculum administration and evaluation, which forms the foundations for the innovation of the patterns of cultivation of skilled people, the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of large numbers of high skilled people that are production, construction, service and management oriented. Summing up the experience in reforming of production, academics and research, we have rationally planned for the fostering of skilled people, teaching materials and teaching styles, vocational authenti- cation and pro - employment training for vocational qualification and have gradually developed a program for a five - year vocational education in fostering skilled people in comic and animation production.
