摘要
建设"资源节约型与环境友好型"城市是国家可持续发展战略的要求。如何改变过去我国城市走的高消耗、粗放经营的经济发展之路,打破资源短缺和环境污染的城市发展瓶颈,是关系到国家发展前途的一个重大问题。
Building the ＂resource- saving, environment- friendly city＂ is the requirement of national sustainable development strategies. How to change China＇s urban high consumption, the economic development of extensive operations in the past, and break the shortage of resources and environmental pollution is a major problem related to the national development in the future.
