中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症80例疗效观察

TCM combined with Western medicine for children anorexia:an observation of 80 cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法156例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例采用加味开胃健脾汤与葡萄糖酸锌颗粒、妈咪爱联合治疗,对照组76例单纯口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒及妈咪爱。结果治疗组治愈51例,好转22例,无效7例,总有效率91.25%;对照组治愈28例,好转30例,无效18例,总有效率76.32%。两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论加味健脾开胃汤联合西药治疗小儿厌食症较单一西医治疗疗效更显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of TCM combined with Western medicine for children anorexia. Methods 156 eases of children anorexia were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. 80 cases in the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Kaiwei Jianpi Decoction, Zinc Gluconate Granular and Medilac-Vita. 76 cases in the control group was treated with Zinc Gluconate and Medilac-Vita alone. Results 51 cases in the treatment group were completely healed, 22 cases improved and 7 cases ineffective, the total efficiency rate was 91.25 %. While in the control group, 28 cases were healed, 30 cases improved, 18 cases ineffective, the total efficiency rate was 76.32 %. There was significant difference in total efficiency rate （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Jiawei Kaiwei Jianpi Decoction combined with Western medicine for children anorexia is more effective than using Western medicine alone.
