摘要
采用数理统计的方法,对河北省南部地区山区与山区之间、山区与平原之间的洪水遭遇问题进行了统计分析。提出了山区间发生相同量级和相邻量级洪水的可能性,山区与平原间发生相同量级和相邻量级洪水的可能性及山区洪水补充平原地下水的一些初步建议,以使河北省南部山区洪水资源得到充分利用。
Through mathematics statistics method, it statistically analyzed some problems in flood encounter between mountainous areas and related plains in south Hebei province and proposed the possibilities that when the same flood amount or the adjacent flood amount happened between mountainous areas and related plains, and gives some suggestions about flood in the mountainous area supplying groundwater in the plain. These could make the flood resources of the mountainous area in south Hebei province take fully use.
