Third Appraise the Urban Water Enviromnent Control

城市水环境治理愈来愈受到大家的关注，作者在过去发表过的两篇论文基础上，又提出三方面补充意见，即：城市水环境治理目标是走向“健康的河湖”、水污染治理的成效关系着城市水环境治理的成败、城市水环境治理是一项难度很大的长期任务。

The urban water environment control causes everybody＇s attention more and more, on the base of the past two essays, the author adds three comments：The goal of urban water environment control is the trend to ＂the healthy rivers and lakes＂. The result of water pollution control is relating to the success or failure of urban water environment control. The urban water environment control is a difficult and long--term mission.
