摘要
介绍迁安市城区自然地理特点、流域情况及历史上发生的几次洪水灾害。针对迁安市洪水特征，提出防洪排涝措施。
It introduced the geographical features, basin conditions and some historical flood in Qian＇an city. Considering the characteristics of local flood, it proposed the main measures in flood control and drainage system.
