摘要
玉田县有14座小（Ⅱ）型山区水库，由于各种原因，这些水库都不同程度存在一些病险问题，特别是20世纪50、60年代文革期间修建的水库问题较大较多，当时只讲速度，忽视工程质量造成水库存在许多安全隐患，一直成为玉田县水务局汛期的工作重点之一。根据玉田县小（Ⅱ）型山区水库存在的病险问题，提出了除险加固方案，并对工程资金来源提出了建议。
