浅议水利部门财务管理优化目标

Optimization Target of Financial Management in Water Conservancy Departments

财务管理是经济管理的重要组成部分。在水利部门进行水利建设，优化水资源配置的过程中，如何加强财务管理，发挥财务管理的职能作用，是新时期水利部门财务管理工作面临的课题之一。现对水利部门改进和加强财会管理工作，提出以价值为导向的优化目标和措施。

The financial management is an important component in economical management. In the process of water resource construction and optimizing resource distribution, how to enforce the financial management and exploit the function of financial management are important topics which water resources departments have to face to in the new era. It proposed optimization target for water resources departments and value-orient as the direction and present some measures.
