The Typical Case Study about the Difficulties in Unit Price Confirmation with Item Change in Project

以实际工作单价编制与审核过程中遇到的一些难点为基础，将这些难点通过五个案例进行了叠加和概括，每个案例先介绍承包人根据施工组织设计和设计有关要求的单价编制原则，之后由监理人系统分析其单价编制存在的问题，在以合同为依据和投资控制经济合理为原则的基础上，提出解决这些难点的简捷方法和应注意的问题，为类似工程类似问题的解决提供参考。

Based on the difficulties in the practical unit price making out and supervision process, the essay supervises and sums up the difficulties through five case studies. In every case, it firstly introduces that the contractor makes out the unit price according to the construction organization design and the quest of design. Then the supervisor systematically analyzes the existing problem in the unit price making out. With a reference to the contract and the principles of economic rationality in the investment control, it proposed some simple ways to solve these difficulties and also some points needed attention, with an aim to solve the problems in the similar project and similar problems.
