Design and practice of TSQ-I concrete faced rock-fill dam

天生桥一级面板堆石坝2000年初完建，已经过7年的正常运行，建设实践表明，工程设计同时达到了工程安全与经济的要求，为我国面板堆石坝建设的里程碑工程。本文通过对天生桥一级大坝的设计、施工、运行经验进行总结，探讨高混凝土面板堆石坝的设计经验，这些经验对修正、补充或完善了传统面板坝设计理念提供借鉴。

TSQ-I Concrete Faced Rock-fill Dam was constructed in the early 2000 and have been through 7 years normal operation. According to construction practice, it satisfied both engineering safety and economic requirement, being a milestone in the construction of concrete faced rock-fill dam in our country. By concluding the experience in design, construction and operation of TSQ-I Concrete Faced Rock-fill Dam, this paper discusses on the design experience in building concrete faced rock-fill high dam, which may provide reference for revising, supplementing and perfecting the traditional design concept of concrete faced rock-fill dam.
