怒江泸水水电站建设条件复杂，前期勘察设计工作进展缓慢，本文介绍了其面板堆石坝的前期设计成果。
Lushui Hydropower Station in Nujiang River has complex construction conditions, and the initial survey and design work is very slow. This article introduces the initial design results of its faced rockfill dam.
