摘要
西非大陆架具有丰富的海水鱼类资源，中国水产总公司远洋渔业公司在国际渔业协作下已有一支２００多艘渔船组成的船队在西非沿海作业。作者从提高水产品的经济价值出发，以塞内加尔为例，分析了当地的鱼类资源组成，原料的加工利用价值，以及成本因素等，认为就地设厂，开发冷冻鱼糜生产，不仅可获得较好的经济效益，也为进一步拓展外向型渔业、完善国际合作渔业企业的产业结构、提高我国的水产品加工质量、参与鱼糜制品国际市场竞争，均有现实意义。
Abstract There are rich marine fisheries resources in the continental shelf of West Africa. The International Fisheries Company of China National Fisheries Corporation has about 200 vessels for marine fishing along the seashore of the countries in West Africa according to the international fisheries cooperation agreement . With a purpose of raising economic value of fisheries and taking Senegal as an example, the authors analyzed the composition of local fisheries resources , the processing and utilizing value of raw materials, the costs, etc.
