摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定清脑降压片中的黄芩苷含量。方法以Zorbax Eciipse XDB-8C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.2)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.312~1.560μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.51%,RSD=1.03%(n=5)。结论HPLC法可用于清脑降压片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Qingnao Antihypertensive Tablets. Methods The Zorbax Eciipse XDB-C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used with methanol-water-phosphoric acid(45:55:0.2)as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.312-1.560μg(r=0.9999), the average recovery rate was 97.51%, RSD=1.03%(n=5). Conclusion The method can be used to determine the content of baicalin in Qingnao Antihypertensive Tablets.
