益母草合剂中防腐剂的选用

目的为益母草合剂选择合适的防腐剂。方法针对合剂中添加不同防腐剂时的稳定性进行考察,选择最优配方。结果0.05%尼泊金乙酯+0.1%苯甲酸组合能很好地增加合剂的稳定性。结论0.05%尼泊金乙酯+0.1%苯甲酸组合可作为益母草合剂有效的防腐剂。

Objective To screen proper antiseptic to Herba Leonuri Mixture. Methods To survey the stability of mixture with different antiseptic for selecting optimal reagent combination. Results The combination of 0.05% ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 0.1% benzoic acid could improve the stability of the mixture. Conclusion The combination of 0.05% ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 0.1% benzoic acid has the ability to restrain bacteria.
