慢性特发性荨麻疹两种治疗方案的成本-效果分析

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Two Therapeutic Schemes for Chronic Idiopathetic Urticaria

目的评价盐酸西替利嗪片和盐酸左旋西替利嗪片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的成本-效果。方法将33例慢性特发性荨麻疹门诊患者随机分为两组,分别给予盐酸西替利嗪片(A组)和盐酸左旋西替利嗪片(B组)治疗28d,运用成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果A组、B组的成本分别是113.56和105.72元,总有效率分别为93.33%和88.89%(P>0.05),成本-效果比分别为121.66和118.93。结论盐酸西替利嗪片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹较盐酸左旋西替利嗪片具有药物经济学优势。

Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of levocetirizine and cetirizine for chronic idiopathetic urticaria. Methods A total of 33 cases with chronic idiopathetic urticaria received levocetirizine （group A） or cetirizine （group B） for 28 d,and the cost-effectiveness of the two groups was evaluated. Results The costs of the levocetirizine group and cetirizine group were 113.56 yuan and 105.72 yuan, respectively; the effective rates were 93.33% and 88.89%, respectively（P〉0.05）.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 121.66 and 118.93 respectively. Conclusion The therapy of cetirizine has pharmacoeconomic advantage over levocetirizine in treating chronic idiopathetic urticaria.
