摘要
网络信息技术的普及与发展,使整个社会生产、生活的方式发生了深刻变革,也给教育带来了许多新变化、新特点,网络信息教育的交互性和多元性增强,以人为本的理念得到突出。教师教学的角色和行为发生了新的变化,由知识学习指导者转变为未来生活的奠基者,由文化知识的传授者转变为知识体系的构建者,由课程教材执行者转变为课程教学的研究者,由教育教学管理者转变为人际关系的协调者。
Because of the spread of network information technology, the whole production society, people's way of life has undergone profound changes, so as to the new features and changes in education. Interactive and diverse education is enhanced, the Concept of people--oriented is highlighted. Under such condition, the changes of teacher's role and teaching behavior have taken place. Teachers are transformed from knowledge--learning guide to the founder of future lives, from the initiator of cultural information to the builder of knowledge system, from the operator of curriculum materials to the researchers of curriculum teaching, from education and teaching managers to human relations coordinator.
