摘要
从一些实证数据中分析目前一段时间内我国上市公司股利政策的特点;从市场体制、发展阶段、公司内部治理等几个方面分析我国上市公司股利分配政策不规范的原因,并提出一定的解决办法。
This paper makes some empirical data analysis of the characteristics of the dividend policy for listed companies in China at present.And from the aspects of the market system,stage of development,and internal governance,it analyzes the causes of the inappropriate dividend distribution for the listed companies in China,and works out some solutions to this problem.
