教学质量是高职院校谋求长远发展的核心竞争力,也是实现可持续发展的关键所在。如何做好教学质量管理工作,值得广大职教工作者深入思考。加强教学质量标准体系建设,努力构建教学质量监控体系,做好毕业生跟踪管理工作,是教学质量管理工作需要重点解决的三个问题。

Teaching quality is the key to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.How to manage the teaching quality control well is worth studying to the vocational education staff.This paper believes that the construction of teaching quality standard system,the establishment of teaching quality control system and the graduates-tracking management are the three key points to the teaching quality control.
