摘要
为了建立亚太空间技术应用教育培训中心,根据联合国附属空间科学与教育区域中心课程纲要的要求,借鉴国际空间大学研究生项目的办学思路,结合中国的教育体制,对"空间技术应用"专业留学研究生的培养模式进行了研究。其培养进程分为两个阶段:第一阶段为9个月模块化管理的课程学习,第二阶段为弹性学制的论文研究。该培养模式符合留学生教学特点,注重实践,重视中国卫星应用技术的推广,得到了留学生及其派出机构的高度认可。
In order to set up the Asia-Pacific Region Education Center, a master program on Space Technology Appli- cations (MASTA) has been developed after researching the cultivating the model of the Regional Centers for Apace Science and Technology Education (affiliated to the United Nations) and the master programs of the International Space University (ISU). There are two stages in MASTA. The first stage is a 9-month core course study. The second stage is (6 - 24)-month advanced research project. MASTA is designed for foreign postgraduates and is an application-oriented program with an emphasis on promoting the technology developments in China and has distinct characteristics, such as modularized curricula design, focusing on operation training, etc. MASTA has been highly commended by the international postgraduates and their organizations.
