奥美沙坦对原发性高血压患者血浆炎症因子及肾功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨奥美沙坦对原发性高血压患者血浆炎症因子和肾功能的影响。方法选择40例轻、中度原发性高血压患者(治疗组),给予奥美沙坦片20mg口服,每天1次,共治疗12周,观察患者治疗前后血压和心率,血浆炎症因子高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量以及尿微量白蛋白(U-MALB)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化。另以40例健康正常人作为对照组。结果与对照组比较,治疗前治疗组血浆hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α和尿U-MALB、β2-MG均明显升高(P<0.01);经奥美沙坦治疗12周后,治疗组患者收缩压和舒张压均控制于正常,血浆hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α和尿U-MALB,β2-MG均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论奥美沙坦降压效果良好,且具有抗炎和肾功能保护作用。
