应用PASS软件分析军队医院门诊老年患者处方

Analysis of Rational Drug-Use of 1011 Gerontal Outpatients by PASS Software

目的了解门诊老年患者合理用药的情况。方法随机筛选1011例军队门诊老年患者的处方,将患者的基本信息和医嘱录入计算机,借助PASS软件进行合理用药的分析。结果1011例患者处方涉及药物252种,用药医嘱7978条,平均每例患者7.89条,存在不合理用药565例,需要高度关注的医嘱19条,一般关注的医嘱1163条。结论对老年患者应尽量减少用药品种并加强用药指导,提高其用药依从性。

Objective To comprehend the status of rational drug-use in gerontal patients. Methods 2 771 sheets of prescriptions in total from 1 011 army＇s gerontal outpatients （915 malesand 96 females） were randomly selected. The information recorded into computer were analyzed relying on PASS software and rational administration workstation. Results 252 kinds of drugs were involved, and the average was 7.89 kinds of drugs per patient. 565 cases were considered irrational drug-utilizing, involving 1 163 drug - orders needing general attention and 19 drug-orders needing serious attention. Conclusion We should strengthen the guiding in drug- use and use less drugs as far as possible under the condition ensuring the cure effectiveness on gerontal patients.
