摘要
地球化学录井仪器常使用氮气、氢气和空气气源。在录井仪器房狭小的空间使用氮气十分不便,为了寻找可行的技术方案,经过实验尝试用氢气、空气取代氮气作为仪器载气,并通过大量实践验证表明,此思路和方法是可行的。改进后的仪器其性能有所提高,可以满足现场使用的需要。由于取代了氮气,减少了附带的设备,使现场录井工作更加方便。
Geochemical mud logging units always use nitrogen,hydrogen and air as gas sources.As the limited narrow space in mud logging unit is inconvenient to use nitrogen,in order to look for a feasible technical plan,the authors have tried to use hydrogen and air to replace nitrogen as the carried gas.It was verified by large amounts of experiments that the method can perform the right function.The properties of the reformed unit have been improved to some extent and it can meet the needs of the wellsite geochemical logging.The attendant devices were reduced and the operation on wellsite was easier as nitrogen was replaced.
