摘要 近5年来多排螺旋CT技术发展迅速,特别是2004年64排螺旋CT应用于临床以来,多排螺旋CT已经成为心血管病一项新的临床诊断技术,并得以迅速推广和发展。本文以作者3年来的临床应用经验,并配合参考文献,主要阐明多排螺旋CT对冠状动脉的成像和诊断,在主动脉病变、先天性心脏病和肺血管病的临床应用价值方面仅作了简单介绍。 With the fast development of multi-detector row spiral computed tomography(MDCT) in recent five years, especially clinical applications of 64 MDCT in 2004, MDCT has been used widely and popularized rapidly for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases as a new imaging technology. This paper introduces the imaging protocols and diagnosis of coronary artery disease as well as aortic diseases, congenital heart diseases and pulmonary diseases based upon the author's three-year clinical experiences and the data from published references.
