摘要
"理性制度"与"德行"作为两种社会调适的配置资源,是社会历史发展的产物。人们普遍相信,在一个国度和社会,如果社会结构以及相应的制度安排越是合理,理性制度在社会调适中所占的比重越大,社会进步和文明的程度就愈高。据此,对理性制度的无限取悦限制了德行调适的发挥。而惯用历史叙事法从逻辑意涵和实践效能的探析表明,德行调适是现代社会不可或缺的调试资源,甚至有着理性制度无法企及的效用层次。因此,现代社会无限依赖理性制度调适的路径,会误读现代社会调适模式,而且会淤塞思考社会善治问题的理论通路。所以,笔者以为开发德行资源,完善理性制度,综合"理性制度—德行"思路,而不能听任理性言说变成"理性制度"的单声道。
As two socially adjusting resources, rational structure and moral conduct are the result of development of the modern society. It is commonly believed that the greater the proportion of rational structure, the more popular and more advanced the moral conduct, and the higher the degree of social civilization. Accordingly, the unlimited appeal to rational system adjustment limits the advantages of moral conduct. Thus, using historical narrative method to logical meaning and practice of performance shows that, moral conduct is the important adjusting resources that can not be neglected ? even can be what the rational structure can not be. So that the modern society relies on the adjustment path of the rational system unlimitedly will misread the social adjustment ways, and also confuse our thinking about moral conduct? As a result, the author suggests that we should develop the moral resources, improve the rational system and comprehend "rational structure and moral conduct" path so as to hold back those one-sided of ration propagandas.
