摘要
通过改变环境相对湿度测量硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PURF)材料的尺寸变化,分析研究了PURF尺寸与环境相对湿度间的关系。结果表明,PURF材料尺寸与相对湿度间存在线性关系,基于上述关系提出的PURF湿膨胀系数参数,表征了PURF材料尺寸随相对湿度而变化的线性量值,为PURF材料作为结构材料的工程应用提供了理论指导和设计依据。
The relationship of polyurethane rigid foam (PiSRF) dimension and the environment relative humidity by measuring the changes of PURF dimension at various environment relative humidity was analyzed and researched. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between PURF dimension and the relative humidi- ty, and the concept of PURF expansion-humidity coefficient was proposed firstly, which figured the linearity scale of PURF dimensional variance and relative humidity, and provided the theoretic instruction and the design basis for PURF aDDlication as a structural material.
