热成型用透明PP的工业开发 被引量:6

摘要 在生产无规共聚聚丙烯(PP)的基础上,添加少量的成核剂,生产出热成型用透明PP;探讨了乙烯含量、成核剂的种类及添加量对专用树脂性能的影响。结果表明:产品具有高透明性,适宜的刚韧平衡性;常温简支梁缺口冲击强度为19~21kJ/m^2,弯曲模量1.11 GPa;耐热性能较好,热变形温度85℃。专用树脂的性能达到国外同类产品的水平。 Transparent polypropylene (PP) for thermoforming was developed based on PP random copolymer adding a small quantity of nucleating agents. The influences of ethylene content, type and dosage of nucleating agents on the properties of the speciality resin were discussed. The results show that the product has excellent transparency and proper rigid-tough balance; the PP resin has notched Charpy impact strength of 19-21 kJ/m^2 at ambient temperature, flexible modulus of 1.11 GPa; the heat resistance of the resin is good with the heat deflection temperature at 85 ℃. The properties of the speciality resin can reach the level of overseas counterpart.
