摘要
自从核心能力理论提出以来,它一直被视为开发和保持竞争优势的理论武器。但核心能力所固有的核心刚性问题,使核心能力理论无法适应动态多变的环境。动态能力理论随之产生并受到人们的重视,被视为企业持续竞争优势的新源泉。针对动态能力的四大特征:动态性、开拓性、流程明确、业务知识多样化,该理论认为应从企业文化、组织学习、激励以及知识联盟角度培育和提高企业的动态能力。
Since its appearance, the core competence theory has always been thought as a theoretical weapon to develop and maintain competitive advantages. As its inherent competence theory cannot adapt itself to dynamically changing environment. The rigidity, theory of the core dynamic competence is regarded as a new source of maintaining competitive advantages for enterprises. According to the theory, enterprises should foster and enhance the dynamic capabilities from their corporate culture,organizational learning, motivation and knowledge alliance.
