高效液相色谱法同时检测4种硝基咪唑类药物的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立同时检测4种硝基咪唑类药物甲硝唑、替硝唑、奥硝唑、塞克硝唑的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Thermo C8(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调pH3.5k乙腈:甲醇(76:5:19)为流动相,流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温40℃;检测波长:318nm;进样量:20μl。结果本研究建立的检测方法能在同一色谱条件下把4种硝基咪唑类药物甲硝唑、替硝唑、奥硝唑、塞克硝唑完全分离开来。结论该检测技术具有快速、简便、灵敏、重复性好、便于操作,专属性强等优点。 Objective To establish a checked-technology of HPLC for four nitroimidazoles formulation in the same position.Methods The HPLC analysis was carried on a Thermo C8(250 mm ×4.6mm,5μ m).The mobile phase was 0.05mol.l-1KH2PO4(added H3PO4 to Ph3.5)-Acetonitrile-Methanol(75:5:19) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1,inject 20μl sample into for analysis.The detection wavelength was 318 nm and the column tempera- ture was 40℃.Results The established technology can be used for the analysis of the four nitroimidazoles formulation (metronidazole,tinidazole,ornidazole,secnidazole).Conclusions The technology is high specificity,accurate,simple, and fast.
