益母草注射液联合缩宫素对产后出血的预防

Motherwort injection with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素对产后出血的预防效果。方法选取我院2008年6月-2009年6月216例经阴道分娩的产妇，并随机分为两组，观察组（益母草注射液联合缩宫素组）108例，产后给予益母草注射液1ml（40mg）＋缩宫素20U；对照组108例给予缩宫素20U。分别观察产后2小时的出血量及出血例数，并对两组进行比较。结果观察组产后2小时出血量为（166±41．2）ml，产后24小时的出血量为（185±45．3）ml，产后出血2例；对照组产后2小时卅血量为（208±34．8）ml，产后24小时出血量为（275±42．8）ml，产后冉血8例。观察组与对照组住产后出血2小时、24小时的比较，差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组无明显不良反应（P〉0．05）。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素能很好地预防产后出血，且用药方便、安全，且无明显不良反应发生。

Observation group and control group at 2 hours post-partum haemorrhage, a 24-hour comparison of the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）, the two groups had no significant adverse reactions （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Injection motherwort oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage very good and convenient administration, security, and no significant adverse events.
