摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,使用正相色谱柱(Nova-Pak SiO2),正己烷+四氢呋喃为流动相,用紫外检测器在220nm处定量检测联苯菊酯10%乳油的含量。本方法的变异系数为0.11%,标准偏差为0.011 4,平均回收率为99.5%,线性系数为0.999 5。
A method for the determination of bifenthrin 10%EC by HPLC with Nova-Pak SiO2 column and UV detector at 220nm was introduced, the mobile phase was a mixture of n- Hexane ＋ Tetrahydrofuran. The results showed that The coefficient of variation was 0.11%, the standard deviation was 0.011 4, the recorery was 99.5%, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 5 respectively.
