摘要
班级教学要面对和处理复杂的学生差异问题。在对学生差异进行深入剖析的基础上,发现传统班级教学与学生差异关系的紧张源于班级教学对学生差异作了错误的处置。应以"深度了解学生差异"为前提,并以"平等""特色"和"资源"为导向,坚持"求同与求异相结合"和"认可差异和改变差异相结合",促进班级教学有效调控学生差异。
Class teaching has to cope with the complicated problem of students' differences. On the basis of further study of students' differences, it is found that the tension of the relation between traditional class teaching and students' differences results from class teaching and wrong treats to students' differences. In order to recognize students' differences deeply and take equality, characteristics and resources as the guidance, we should insist on the combination of seeking common ground and seeking differences to promote class teaching to regulate students' differences effectively.
